Then one morning I was hungry and it hit me, I could make breakfast cups. I know everyone else would make muffins or cupcakes, but I wanted something special. So here is how I made my breakfast cups.

Eggs, Cheese, Onions

What I used:

Aren’t they pretty?

Place one slice of ham per cup.

I didn’t have enough ham

Now at this point I mixed the egg with the onion and cheese. Then I poured the mix in each cup. I also placed a few eggs in the cups alone.

Place them in the oven for 350 degrees for 20 to 25 mins.

Finished cups

Don’t they look Yummy?
